Alfa International is a manufacturing company that has successfully specialized in the production of precision-machined products since 1985. For over 25 years the company has been dedicated to providing quality products to customers all over the world. Alfa International is committed to excellence in manufacturing and service because we believe our customers deserve the best.

 

The company was founded in 1984 and was operational by the spring of 1985. Alfa International began in a small rental unit tucked behind one of Mississauga’s popular auto mall’s in Ontario, Canada, with just 2 multi-spindle Davenport machines. The company gradually expanded to 4 rental units and by 2000, outgrew those facilities and moved into a building of its own. The new facility and the purchase of the company’s first CNC machines allowed Alfa International to further expand its production capabilities. By 2001 the company was QS 9000 registered and boasted over 30 machines. Just 4 years later the company successfully upgraded its Quality Management System to ISO 9001. In 2011, the company was ready for another move to a larger facility. The company’s current facility provides 31,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing space with 37 535 sq.ft. total operating space. Equally impressive is Alfa’s customer base which has now spread around the globe.

PRESENT

Presently, Alfa International primarily services the automotive industry with some products being sold in non-automotive industries. Our company precision machines a wide variety of products including: worms, gears, shafts, tubing, rivets, actuators, cams and pins to precise customer specifications.  Our equipment, engineers and operators are capable of machining a large range of materials including: brass, bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, etc. in round and profiled shaped bars. We are capable of volumes from prototype runs to millions per annum.

 

Alfa International has come a long way since 1985 and its owners and operators plan to continue to push the company forward, explore new business opportunities and continue to successfully meet the ever-changing challenges of today’s marketplace.
